About
Discover how the art of hand and foot reflexology can transform your client services and elevate your esthetics practice. This 2-day, small-group training (maximum 4 students) blends in-person instruction with guided at-home learning for a total of 12 hours of focused education. Designed specifically for estheticians, this course goes beyond theory. You’ll learn the principles of reflexology, explore reflex maps of the hands and feet, and practice professional techniques that promote relaxation, restore balance, and support whole-body wellness. With direct instructor feedback and plenty of hands-on practice, you’ll gain the confidence to seamlessly integrate reflexology into facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. By the end of this course, you’ll not only understand how reflexology works—you’ll have the skills to deliver an enhanced client experience that encourages deeper healing and sets your services apart. Day 1 - introduces the principles and history of reflexology, exploring how pressure points on the hands and feet connect to the body’s internal systems. Students will gain an understanding of reflex zones, nerve pathways, and anatomy relevant to touch therapy. This theoretical foundation builds awareness of how reflexology supports balance, relaxation, and whole-body wellness. Day 2 - moves into hands-on learning and applied technique. Students will learn to locate and stimulate key reflex points using proper pressure, rhythm, and positioning. We’ll discuss supply setup, client comfort, and creating a professional, calming treatment environment. By the end of the day, you’ll have the confidence and practical skills to deliver a complete reflexology session safely and effectively. This is a 1:1 course and the course dates and times will be decided upon between the student and the instructor.
